Studio policy

• Grace Period Every appointment includes a 15-minute grace period. Arriving beyond 15 minutes past your scheduled time may be treated as a no-show, and the slot may be released to another client.
• No Call / No Show Missed appointments without prior notice are subject to a no-show fee, and will require prepayment before your next visit is confirmed.
• Cancellations Plans change — just give us a call or message as early as you can so we can offer the time to someone else.
